1. General

We at Cartoonpanti try our best to deliver you on time, however still if there is any delay due to unavailability of stock or present pandemic conditions, we request your pardon and assure to reach you as soon as possible. In addition to this, you can always contact us for ordering or requesting for a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping all over India, however it may vary for few merchandise. Whereas International shipping is available at an extra cost. 

3. Returns

CartoonPanti will happily accept return orders as long as request to return is received by us within 4 days of the delivery. The order should be returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be payable to the customer as they will be required to arrange their shipping.

Once the product is returned and received by us, refunds will be processed to store credit for future purchase. We will notify you once the process is done via e-mail

CartoonPanti will refund the value of the goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 7 days.

4.2 Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This may vary depending upon the courier you have selected. We offer more specific estimate when you choose your courier at the checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Our warehouse operates from Monday – Friday during standard business hours. It is to note that our warehouse remains closed during national holidays. During these instances, we ensure shipment delays will be kept to minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address, one can change the address any time before the order has been SHIPPED. (In 24 hours)

4.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the specific item.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the mentioned time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

After dispatching, customers will receive a tracking link. They can easily follow the progress of their shipment on that link based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied on the prices of all the goods displayed on the website.

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid. Ahead of this, they will not have to pay any additional charge upon arrival in the destination country.

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations any time within 24 hours of ordering. If an order has already been shipped or dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Why is my order being shipped in different packages? 

If you have a multi item order, each item maybe shipped from a different warehouse,  depending on which one has them delivered it fastest.  Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times and packages to prevent holding up your orders and to get it to you as soon as possible!
