At Cartoonpanti, we're committed to ensuring that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery. To initiate a return, please go to “My Account” > “Orders” > “Request Return” and follow the instructions provided.
Return Process: Once you request a return, our delivery team will arrange for the collection of the item from your doorstep. Please ensure the product is in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories included.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the refund. The refund amount will be as follows:
- The rest amount after deducting the reverse shipping cost will be refunded to the source account used for the purchase.
- The reverse shipping cost will be added to your Cartoonpanti wallet, which you can utilize towards your next purchase with us.
For example, if you place an order worth Rs. 799 and wish to return it within 7 days due to a damaged product, simply request a return. Once we receive the order, we will process the refund, deducting the reverse shipping cost from the refund amount and adding the reverse shipping cost to your Cartoonpanti wallet for future use.
Terms and Conditions:
- Some products may not be eligible for return and refund due to hygiene reasons or other limitations. Please check the product description for return eligibility before making a purchase.
- The refund process may take time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Currently, we do not offer exchange services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated as the order may have already been processed and shipped.To cancel, please log in to your account on our website, go to “Orders,” select the order you wish to cancel, and click on the “Cancel Order” button. Once canceled, a full refund will be initiated to the source account from which the purchase was made.
However, you can still initiate a return following our return policy if you wish to return the product. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.
