Placing an order is simple at cartoonpanti.
To place your order, follow these steps :
  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either log in to your existing The cartoonpanti account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
  • You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery of the order depends on the location. Since we ship from a different warehouse, it roughly takes 5 to 7 working days after the product is dispatched

We respect your privacy. The only information we collect is your name, email, contact number and billing address. This information is just used for internal record keeping and we do not share it with any third party companies. Cartoonpanti does not store any Credit/Debit card or bank account information. All this information is handled by Cashfree which is our certified, secure online payment gateway partner. Read our Privacy policy to learn more.

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]

Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at [email protected] We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

We use high quality 100% cotton fabric that is soft to feel and comfortable to wear. Shrinkage if any will be within acceptable industry norms.
